Homework Remodels did an outstanding job of renovating our 65 year old home, which was in a state of significant disrepair when we purchased it. The remodeling required a new roof, new electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, flooring, paint, plaster, fencing... They completed the job on a tight schedule so we could move in upon the sale of our previous home.
We were kept well informed of the progress and were involved in the process.
Five years later, the repairs/upgrades made by HomeworkRemodels have stood the test of time. We are extremely satisfied with their work.

We love our new Bathroom and Master bedroom remodel just recently completed. We had the tub removed and a large shower installed in it's place. New modern ceramic wood looking tiles and French patio doors in lieu of window. The project did come with some frustrations of additional costs that should have been assessed in the beginning. They utilize a new portal but it needs to include emailing directly from portal. We are not sure everyone knew how to utilize it. We experienced some delays that could have been prevented. Our superintendent, Will Stubblefield, was wonderful, responsive and flexible. He called or text us back timely. He was professional and friendly as were all the workers that came in to do their part of the project. They tried to keep the dust to a minimum. They each cleaned up after themselves.

I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. We made an appointment for the estimate on a Friday . Had to call to see why the had shown up. They never scheduled my estimate ! Don’t waste your time like I did and call someone else.

After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, Kevin and the crew met the challenges and I now have two beautiful bathrooms and an awesome kitchen. Amazing work and professional staff! Dion has a great crew, and the were quick and respectful of my home. I recently had flooring replaced in my home, and I couldn't be happier! Friendly and processional service, highly recommended! Will most definitely be working with Dion again for future home improvements.

We used Kirk for a kitchen remodel about a year ago. They are high cost for low quality work. They took three times as long to complete the kitchen (almost a year and with no materials delays mind you) causing us to bring home our newborn child to a house with no functioning kitchen. They didn’t complete the work to plan, misplacing the island and throwing off the entire layout. When we made complaints, they spoke a good game about taking responsibility but didn’t take any corrective actions. A year later from the reno and the cabinet draws they installed are falling apart, the plumbing they did beneath the sink fell apart causing water damage to the island. We highly recommend avoiding Kirk construction at all costs.

From start to finish, working with Scott and Lorrie was a 5 star experience. After an exhaustive search, we chose Hochuli Design & Remodeling because of their professionalism, attention to detail, expert level craftsmanship, and beautiful design aesthetics. We also didn't want to go with a cheap option that we knew we would regret later. We wanted experts because this is the home we plan to stay in forever. So, with high expectations and an abundance of trust, we left our home for 8 weeks (exactly what they estimated) and came back sight unseen, to view the finished product. Of course they kept us up to date on a weekly, if not daily basis, with photos and conversations with the Sean, the project manager. To say we were blown away with the results is an understatement! I still can't believe I live in such a beautiful house and have Scott and Lorrie to thank. It was worth every penny.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
