PHR was truly incredible to work with from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our final product - 3 beautiful new bathrooms - but, also with the entire process and team. They were efficient, fair, trustworthy, communicative and SO easy to work with. Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

Mike came to my home and we discussed the making of my Master bathroom. He attentively listened to my needs + wants, while also executing a design plan that I envisioned. His team is courteous, professional and punctual. I appreciated their neatness and overall workmanship. I am highly pleased with the final result, their craftsmanship is truly unbeatable!

Took them over 5 months from start to completion to install our new master bathroom after telling us it would be 5-6 weeks.
Fast forward five almost (5) years later and the cabinets are falling off the walls because they were not properly secured. Since we know we are out of warranty, and we don't want another multi month fiasco in our bedroom, we will have to bring in another contractor to reinstall our master sink and cabinets again.
We wanted our dream bathroom, we did not go with the cheep contractor here. Very disappointing.

XLT installed tile flooring at our new home. They were efficient, timely, and the crew was kind and respectful. There work is absolutely stunning and quality is top notch. We love the floors, they are leveled and the grout lines are perfect, and anyone who comes in comments on how nice the tile looks. The owner, Lionel, and crew leader, Alonzo, were quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We would absolutely recommend them!

They do such amazing work! My shower head broke several months after install and they came over no problem and replaced it!

Randy helped me with a sink faucet replacement. Was the most reasonable quote I received, out of 5 other companies. Very prompt responses from the quote to getting it scheduled and I had to reschedule a couple times and he was flexible each time. He came prepared had the old faucet out within just a few minutes and the new one installed perfectly, also within a short time. Will definitely ask him to help with several other projects in the future.
