The Renewal by Anderson, Arizona experience from the salesman, the install manager to the installation crew was flawless and was a positive experience and a true pleasure. The salesman was very thorough and was able to answer all of our questions/concerns. The install manger that came out to measure the openings was very meticulous. Next came the installation crew, did I mentions that we were dealing with 26 windows and 2 sliding doors. The installation crew lead by Tanner were courteous/polite, thorough, very neat and were great representative for the Renewal by Anderson organization. They also ensured that our comfort and dogs security were a major considerations during the installation work flow due to the cold outside temperatures. As an installation team, they worked flawlessly. To cap it off, Tanner took us on an extensive inspection of the work performed to ensure our satisfaction. I am not too impressed with the callcentre there a little bit on the generic side They go through a spiel which we've heard before nearly cost them a contract.
