( this seems like a service that should be part of base but is perhaps a nickel and dime catch)They should just add this amount to the base rather than tacking on after the fact.I was charge a 4.99% credit card fee and had I known I would have paid cash. They should tell you before running the card.This guy Randy called me and was irate at my initial 3 star review and threatens to cancel my warranty if I didn’t take it down. I had copied and pasted his own words from an email he sent me explaining the fees. He did not want other customers calling and wanting the deal that he was giving me for repeat service. I don't want that deal because the proper thing is to make it right NOW rather than deferring a wrong and basing it on me giving you more of my money in the future. Nonsense. If you are willing to not charge me these fees in the future, why cant you refund them now? He must think everyone is gullible. I think the email was just riddled with nonsense that made him look bad. Since he did mention some info about a coworker, I am taking it down to save face for him. BUT I am changing to one star for unprofessional threatening behavior. I told him that I would also sue him if he tried to cancel my warranty over his own words to me.I think his proper response should have been to refund me all those extra fees that no one mentioned before hand and add the proper state and local tax. Two people told me an amount plus tax. There was no tax which is something interesting in and of itself. That's unethical and poor customer service. I post this so they can DO BETTER.Again. the window was repaired. So far, I have no issues with the actual service but future customer you may want to have him send you the quote in writing beforehand.so there are no miscommunications.
