Best Exterior Painting in Phoenix AZ

I ordered a new front door and windows on April 20/2021 and was quoted 6-8 weeks. I still have not received the product. All communication with my sales person is initiated by me and usually consists of, I will have to check on that and get back to you. I was told at the beginning of July that we should be good to go in 2 weeks, so I had the prep work done (removing existing shutters) so that I could be ready for installation as soon as I got the call. Now I am being told it will be another few weeks followed up with and our installation is back logged several weeks. So now my existing door/windows look terrible while we wait and we are hosting a charity event on 8/21. We have a family owned company that relies on products from various vendors, so I am fully aware of supply chain issues. Because of that, we make sure our sales team reaches out to waiting clients regularly with updates and sometimes offer inconvenience discounts. However, I think it would go a long way if your company did the same, especially since you have had my 50% deposit for 15 weeks!

We needed help and needed it fast! We were having a pool installed and found out at the last minute that our doors were ‘backwards’ and wouldn’t pass inspection (we thought we had covered all the bases!). We called Handyman Connection and asked if they could help. The receptionist was friendly and found a way to get a service technician to our house right away to help us decide what we could do. The technician who came was courteous and prompt, his ideas were fantastic and the price he quoted was excellent. The office made his schedule work so that he could come and do the work before the inspector would arrive. He worked so hard and was so professional. The workmanship was first rate and the job looked great when he was done. We passed our inspection with flying colors and our pool is now complete. Thanks to Handyman Connection, I went from panic to relief in a matter of hours! We will definitely call Handyman Connection again.

FRAUD!! SCAM!! They basically forced/bullied us in to financing window replacements with their financing company, took the money that was shelled out as an advance (was not supposed to be paid out until work was completed) and completed ZERO work. I've filed with the BBB, ROC, and submitted to Channel 3. On my way to get legal representation next. At this point the only thing we want from these liars is that financing to be revoked for work NOT done. Oh, and did I mention, said financing company said there was an interest free, no payment due period until 11.2022 but they have reported this account to the credit bureau's as being LATE (so now we are fighting with them too). Unbelievable. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? Make sure you read all the reviews, currently they have five ACTIVE ROC cases and their license expires this month (no submissions to renew either). They do not call clients back, they do not perform contracted work. The owner, Tammy is living high on the hog with all of our financed dollars. SO many people are in the same boat as us - makes me wonder if we should all ban together and file a class action suit? It also grosses me out that I had to use a star but you can't post a review if you don't at least click on one.
