Best Windshield Calibration in Phoenix AZ

I unfortunately did not have a good experience... 3 missed appointments at 4 hrs ea...2 appointments made 1 with the wrong glass for the door. another made with a scratched glass... Logan the supervisor gave me $100 off and set up a new appt... they showed up on time with another scratch on yet another window . This started in April... Ended July 17th... All of my hours of waiting and wasting my time... I guess everyone's time is free right? Still have to pay $140 for the work... The techs are great but the customer service is horrible I do not recommend...

Reliable glass was the best! I needed to replace my front windshield, not only were they the lowest quote I received, they were on time and did a great job in under and hour. Would highly recommend these guys!!

Made appointment- Clayton the tech came on time very nice and helpful, told us to get the pillars for the sides and retainer its better when fixing older car (2012 mini cooper S convertible). Everything went great till I called the office to reschedule the appointment ( wait on the pillars) got to talk to Heather- she has no clue how to handle customers she lies and had the nurves to call back the following week and asked for my husband who she never dealt with acted like we didn't speak before and she told me the owner doesn't feel comfortable doing bs with us ??
With all the glass repairs/ replacement companies out there HEATHER LEARN ABOUT CUST SERVICE.

Great customer service and a very speedy process. The tech who worked on my vehicle was courteous and it only took him about 15 minutes from start to finish. We are very happy with the results

George, did an excellent job replacing 2 windshields. My Chevrolet Tahoe and my son's Nissan Versa. He's very nice and great with communication, I will use his service again in the future. I'm very happy with the service overall.
