I had a fantastic exp with Dwayne and team. When I first called they were prompt in getting out to measure and give an estimate. Just had him out to do the install and even though we had one of the toughest patio doors to replace, it was no match for him lol! He worked until the job was completed and to not only my satisfaction but his perfection too! Our slider was off prior to him servicing our door and he went above and beyond to adjust it as well. Top notch service and workmanship. Will for sure use him and his company again for any window needs and will refer him to everyone!

Jason replaced 8 windows and installed the glass for our new walk in shower and did a great job! Prices were reasonable and the customer service and attention to detail was great!

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

We had Omar tint our windows on our new car while in Phoenix for the weekend. We called on Thursday night and were able to get an appt for Saturday morning, which was great!

We dropped off the car and he was done within just a few short hours. It looked awesome, but when we were heading back to our house I noticed a weird pattern in the back window...which I didn't notice until driving. We called Omar and he told us to bring it back so he could take a look...not tomorrow, not next week, the same day. He didn't tell me to wait and see if it goes away like I was expecting him to.

He was able to see what we were talking about and said to leave the car again and he would fix it. Apparently the roll he used was defective. Not only did he replace the rear window's tint but he redid the rear passenger windows as well... even though I didn't notice any defects In that film...just in case, because it came from the same roll. I thought we might have to leave the car overnight, but he was done again the same day. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he had never had that happen before (which I believe). When it was time to pick it up it looked great. The new roll he used made all the difference in the world.

Omar is awesome!!! Our car looks amazing! He stands by his work, he works fast, he uses a quality tint and most importantly...your satisfaction is guaranteed. I highly recommend him.
