I had researched other companies and Dreamstyle was my clear choice based on history, other reviews, length of time in business, reputation, having employees do work instead of subcontractors, quality of materials and warranty. JaredW, BennieR, DevionE and Magnus worked on both my bathrooms and were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, careful about keeping the rest of my home clean and picked up, and focused on the all the details. Highly recommend this company.

Overpriced

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
