From the initial consultation with Dante who was so friendly and made such great recommendations to us in materials and design, to the prompt follow up of our project manager Juan and then installers Sean and Beth who were great and also helped us make sure the shower came out just as we expected! The job was completed sooner than we had originally been told so that was also a nice surprise as well. Overall the experience has been great and we would recommend them to anyone. They got the materials lined up promptly and helped us choose a color that was available and attractive on our house. The roofers showed up early in the morning, so they could be done before the forecasted thunderstorms arrived. They took care to protect protect our deck furniture from falling debris, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Not one scrap of shingle was left, and no trash was left behind.

Prompt efficient service. The estimate was exactly what they charged with no hidden costs or fees. They even fit us in earlier than originally promised. I couldn't be happier. If only every company was this good.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
