My service techs when they arrived walked me through all the steps they would be taking and if I had any question or concerns we could address them as they come up. they did great work and was extremely professional. Will be recommending to anyone I know looking for bathroom remodeling.

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

The workers worked clean and kept me informed of any issues that came up and all were very nice. My window installer was a great guy! He took his time to get the job done left everything nice and clean! Would recommend to family and friends can’t wait to get my other windows in my house installed!

We were very pleased with Sean at PCC Roofing, who recently replaced the back half of our roof. He was thorough and prompt in giving his initial bid, and although there was a waiting time to get started, he kept us abreast of the status, and did the work when he said they would. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him and his crew again.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
