Overall great experience because some employees are fantastic. Melita, who scheduled the appointments was wonderful to deal with. Very professional, efficient and helpful. However, the guys that came and measured did not seem very skilled. When the next team came to install the windows, they adequately replaced three windows, but a fourth window was too large and they had to put the broken window back in until a new one could be ordered. They taped it with obvious blue tape. It was a front window and we were having a reception. I requested them to replace the tape with clear tape which they returned and did. Melita was very helpful getting this taken care of. This morning, more than a week later, the fourth window was replaced. Greg and his partner were very professional and helpful. They even went (without me saying anything) and checked the other windows and cleaned them up a bit just to make sure we were pleased. I would definitely use this company as long as I got Greg and his partner...and Melita was planning it.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!
