Freelite has been incredibly good to work with. Every person that I have been in contact with has been professional, courteous, thoughtful of my needs and efficient.
I have now purchased product and services from Freelite twice; once early in 2015 (doors) and once early in 2019 (windows and sky light). Both the product and installation have been top of the line. When requesting the new work in 2019 I asked if some maintenance could be completed on the work from 2015. The maintenance was agreed to and at no cost.
I have the highest regard for Freelite and it's employees.
I strongly suggest them to anyone considering purchase of anything that they sell.

From the removal of the old products, the installation of the new and the clean up the entire job was entirely professional and the crew was extremely helpful and friendly. The guys that performed my installation were second to none, they worked clean, efficient and were so respectful. The gentleman that helped me design my project was great as well, and helped me transform my home. We are ready in the event that we have another summer like this past year, because of our new doors and windows.
