Decided to open up our great room to the backyard. After looking for several door companies, a friend referred us to IllumiNation.

From the buying process to the installation to the finish, the team at IllumNation did a wonderful job. Especially Josh and Cody for being there for us through each phase of the installation.

Jimmy and the great team at Tacheny Exteriors responded super fast to roof leak and did a great job. They even gave some solid tips and advice towards a possible skylight installation-we're going to have them bid it out for us. Great Company, and Jimmy's amazing!

David was so pleasant and wonderful on the phone from the get-go. This company was the first in my line of other auto glass companies I was expecting to call for quotes. After speaking with David, I was so impressed with his positive can-do attitude, and his efficiency, I wound up booking my glass repair appointment on that call. The call went smoothe, and he ended the convorsation saying I was getting a kickback of $50 and they would have my check cut for me the next day! Very happy :) thank you!

Jim is amazing. He always takes amazing care of me & my customers. As an insurance agent it's important that I have great people to send my customers to, and Jim always comes through for me. My windshield was shattered by something a semi kicked up on Saturday 2/22, jim had it fixed before noon monday 2/24. Everyone else told me Friday the 28th! If you need glass repaired, I recommend the only company you call be Southwest.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)
