We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I've used Clayton Glass and Accessories for four houses and wouldn't consider any other source. Great prices and selection brought me there but their customer service keeps me coming back! After a panel broke at a rental home Clayton Glass went above and beyond to get me a replacement. Problem being the unit was installed in California. The happily supplied the glass specs to a local source and provided me the hardware for replacement at a very reasonable cost.

This was the most seamless home improvement project. From my initial meeting with Guy through the measurements and the install everything was flawless. Guy kept me informed and the work was completed earlier than expected. His install team was prompt, polite, clean and went above and beyond. They even helped me with tricky set of blinds that I wasn’t able to remove. I highly recommend GK Windows and Doors to anyone looking for a beautiful upgrade to their home.
