I made an appointment for 2pm. I dropped the car off and was told it would only be an hour and a half. I came back just after 4pm. My vehicle was not finished and they said it would be another 45 min. After waiting they said it would be another 45 min! No one gave me a curtsey call. I would have just picked it up later. They kept saying it was because they were running behind. I thought that's why I made an appointment. I understand things happen but lack of communication is not cool. I had to cancel plans for the night. They did try to make it right and took $50 off. After all this they put the wrong tint on my back window. I'm back the next morning to get it fixed. I'm told it will be done by 4pm. While I am waiting in the office another person comes in without an appointment. They are told it will only be 90 min. Why am getting put on the back burner. Unacceptable!

We love Reliable glass! They are very reasonably priced, professional and prompt. We have had them replace a window pane and most recently, our windshield. They have earned our trust and business permanently! Highly recommend!

Had an early morning, 8:00 am appointment at the N. Central facility, Joey greeted me with a happy attitude and set me up in the waiting room with coffe, water and a movie to watch while I waited. Install took about 1.5 hours, windshield care and warranty were explained and off I went.Highly recommended this facility, great service.

I came to get my windshield tinted today and it looked fine and I was in a hurry to leave so I left and as I left I noticed there was bubbles and a huge line that was bubbled up. I came back and let him know and he tried to fix it. As he was trying to fix it, he was cursing. Absolutely unprofessional. He was unable to fix it and let me know to not worry, the Sun and heat would fix the bubbles over time. I told him he’s lying to me so I can leave, and I told him if that was true then he wouldn’t of tried to fix it in the first place. I demanded my money back and after a while of me insisting, I got it back and he took off the windshield tint. Something I thought was really strange was that he wasn’t allowing me to go to my truck when they were doing the work on it, it didn’t make me feel safe. His reasoning was that there was really big dangerous dogs where he was working on my truck. I insisted and I came in, and the dangerous dogs just happened to be adorable small puppies. The only reason I insisted is because I left my wallet in my truck and I was concerned because I had cash in there. Very disappointed, please avoid this place. I had came here once before and it was good, but after this I will not return.
