I cannot say enough great things about this company! From the quoting process to installation I am thoroughly impressed. The sales guy, Robert, was nice and very knowledgeable about their products and the company. The price was fair for the number of windows we replaced (9) and the installation day was pretty awesome to watch. The install crew was friendly, professional, too care in putting down plastic tarp on the floors and over our furniture/electronics as well as cleaning up after themselves and any smudge marks on the walls or trim. Not only that but this company is all in one and by that I mean they are an AZ based company, they manufacture their our products and their own employees so the install. On top of that they have a lifetime warranty which has a 5 year warranty transferable warranty if you sell your home. Like really?! That's freakin awesome!! I highly recommend this window company and will forever sing their praises to anyone who will listen. Thank you Energy Shield!!

When I called to let them know they had billed me wrongly, I was met with nasty attitudes from two employees on the phone. Simply rude.

Greg was a fantastic person. This was our first ever remodeling project and having someone like Greg handling everything was such a relief. He was always on time and always working hard. Both of my bathrooms look great, we are really happy with how it all came out. Everyone I've talked to at Handyman Connection has been great, but Greg was exceptional in not only his work ethic but customer service skills. I will return with more business and recommend to friends and family your company.

I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels.

Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details.

I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind.

I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.
