Our windows were a joke. The grills had been caulked so many times the windows no longer stopped dirt infiltration. Noise, dirt, heat, cold and water penetrated nearly at will. I hated the thought of replacement because I didn't want our house to suffer further damage. Installers from renewal by Andersen were amazing.
They protected furniture and floors inside and plants outside. They were so focused on work and keeping us happy. The house was cleaner after they left then when they arrived. what a great crew! Thank you so much for your work and for leaving our home so clean and beautiful.

Unscrupulous business, calling my mother trying to get a hold of my EX-WIFE to try and sell her on some home remodel. Called numerous times throughout last month. Get your records in check, make sure you honor your DO NOT CALL requests and stop the harassing multiple phone calls.

PCC is definitely a five-star company. I spoke with eight different roofing companies and received multi appraisals and after some extensive research decided to go with PCC for a roof replacement project. Sean came out to the house, he was very communicative about the materials he was going to use, the timelines, and a basic entire outline how he was going to approach and finish our roofing project. Let me say he wasn’t the cheapest, but it also wasn’t the most expensive. All things considered he was more than adequately priced- their pricing was downright fair. They loaded the roof with the materials, and as discussed - two days later they were started on the project. The crew showed up on time, they were relatively quiet, respectful, and very applied to what they were doing. The roof was done inside of two days and looks totally awesome. I was also done a week ahead of schedule. It was actually a quite pleasurable experience. The crew cleaned the property to the point where you couldn’t even tell they were there, a final walk-through was completed after the crew left by Sean’s brother. Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.

hey why do your window men touch my mail? they literally brought my mail to me in the middle of them working. pretty sure thats illegal.
