Best Emergency Auto Glass Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Lied. Told me Glass would be ready in 5-10 days, took my non-refundable payment, then told me the glass would be ready in 20 days. Dishonest.

Showed up on time, did a great job, was pleasant, professional, Covid-aware, i.e. wore a mask the whole time. Have used Best Glass for years on a variety of vehicles. Always pleased with the results.

This place is great, fast and friendly. Nice little waiting room and the glass is ready in less then a hour.

Jim & Jill have an amazing team! I couldn't have asked for better service. Living in Arizona it's a simple known fact when summer rolls around you anticipate your windshield getting cracked or chipped. A rock had flown up and hit mine while driving on the freeway. I pulled into Target to grab a few items and when I came back out to my car, a crack had spread across the entire thing. This was not something I had wanted to deal with. Even though the situation itself was a headache, Southwest Auto Glass made the replacement simple. I provided my vehicle information and they took car of the rest. Monday morning, 8:00am, and my vehicle was good as new. I know who I'm calling if it happens again!
