Highly recommend this company and Wesley, the technician. We had a shower door that was installed incorrectly and Wesley came, figured it out and adjusted it properly. He was prompt and even called beforehand to tell me when he would be here. I also like that this company responds to text messages, which to me is very efficient.

When I had an emergency and my back patio window was shattered at 3am.I called valleywide glass 24hr line and got a fast response. After hearing the the great rates I confirmed my appointment and they were here within hours. Two employees showed up with all the proper equipment. Worked quickly and carefully maneuvering there way through my apartment. The door once completed looked like nothing ever happened. They made a bad experience easier. Even help my with a payment plan that helped fit my budget! I have zero complaints about this company. Truly glad I called them and would recommend them to anyone.

Jason was prompt about calling me back to give me a quote and to come over and measure. Communication is very important to me and he made sure to keep me informed throughout the process. I love my new tempered glass window now I just need my pool. I will be using him if I need any more windows and recommend Econ windows ? in the future.
