Earlier this week we had two windows replaced and the experience was awesome. Due to window failure of an old upper arch window and water damage created by poor sloping on an exterior “pop out“ surrounding the garden style window beneath it, we needed both replaced. We also wanted the exterior pop out removed and the garden window replacement to be flush with the wall to prevent issues in the future. The sales guy I talked to was thorough, had great color suggestion for the frame and responded quickly to email. The two guys who came out to put in the windows were very neat, cleaned up everything thoughtfully and when a concern over existing water damage arose during installation, came up with a solid solution. They bought additional 2x4 and added extra waterproof material to the framing, explaining what was and wasn’t necessary, while listening to our concerns. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and the quality of work. We will certainly recommend you to our friends.

I recently had a new roof installed by Phoenix Roofing and I feel I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.

He is professional, timely, thoughtful, insightful and knowledgeable about the work he does and willing to make suggestions and recommendations regarding the work he is doing while he is doing it. I really appreciated all the work he did including replacing a ceiling fan, centering my dining room chandelier, installing dimmer switches, replacing my bathroom shower head and assembling/hanging an outdoor wall water fountain in my back yard.
