Tamara was very polite, professional, and kind when helping me get everything set up with my insuranceJustin notified me me exactly when he would be at my work to install my windshield. There was a defect in the glass he had originally to install, and he made sure to get it swapped out for one with no defects. I appreciated the attention to detail and quality. He replaced my windshield quickly, explained everything he was doing along way if I had questions. He was extremely polite, professional, and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs a windshield repair or replacement, and especially Justin as the installer. If I could give them more stars I would! They live up to their name. Reliable. I called after my rear window was shattered from a storm. Kayla answered all my questions and was a delight to speak with. She set the repair for the next day, told me they would call in the morning to give me a 2 hour window for the technician to arrive. The next morning, Chris, the technician for Reliable, call at 8:30 and said he would be there between 9-11. He came when he said he would, did the repair in the time he said it would. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company without a second thought.
