Brandon was over and changed out an old bathroom exhaust fan. He was very professional and friendly. He was running ahead of schedule so called to see if he could stop by early. He cleaned up everything and made the whole process super easy.

Their prices are reasonable, which is a plus, but what really sets them apart is their integrity. They show up on time, respond to all questions and concerns we have, and stay within range of the original estimate. They don't try to upsell for additional repairs, they communicate constantly during their visit, and even give recommendations on how to keep things in good working order after they are gone. Customer service is a top priority for this company and it shows. One of my favorite things about Mr. Handyman is that Jon is willing to communicate via the customer's preferred style, which for me is text-only.
