Mr. Erazo was very responsive and professional. We had a limited window to have a few different tasks done and Mr. Erazo delivered. I have also used him for interior leaks and repairs and he delivered exceptional results each time. I appreciate being able to call and directly get ahold of him which separates Mr. Erazo from the larger handyman services who send a different person each time. Eddie is top notch in his work. He installed my microwave and dishwasher yesterday and I could not be happier with his professionalism and services. One happy customer without a doubt. Amazingly fair price. This is the 2nd time I hired him. He has installed my kitchen light fixture four weeks prior. For each service, Eddie ensures all is working properly once it is completed. Will does amazing work! I’ve had him come by for several projects including replacing outdated ceiling lights with new LEDs that he found for me, installing a dimmer switch for the new lights and patch/paint around them, replaced my water heater, put up a new garage light, and put in a new mailbox. Every project was done extremely well and he’s very easy to work with and discuss what you’re looking for. I will absolutely be calling Will for all of my future home repair projects!

Needed a quick repair on an AC unit since it was the middle of the summer and most other places had a week long wait. SHS was able to come out same day and have it fixed within 24 hours. Recommend.

Handyman was able to come out the same day, helped troubleshoot some of the areas that we were having issues with and repaired. On the items he was not able to fix he was completely honest and advised me what I needed to tell them. Very respectful, affordable and wouldn’t definitively recommend him.

Jim arrives ready and able to fix all your electrical needs. He recently hung a chandelier where there was no electrical there. And last year he hung another one, also fixed two outlet issues and hung new outdoor garage lights where we had none. He’s been doing this for enough years that he instantly knows how to figure out what needs to be done. And he charges a fair price every time. We will always be returning customers. Thx Jim.

Professional, reliable and high quality workmanship....We couldn't be more pleased.

I called the office and made an appointment for someone to come pour a shower pan. They sent someone out to measure and I scheduled the appointment. I took a day off from work to be home for the person to come do the work. He was 2 hours late. He came to the house and looked around and said he needed to go to Home Depot. He then called me from Home Depot to tell me that the pan was not in and that the only size they had was bigger than what I wanted but that was gonna cost $200 more. I met him at Home Depot where I discovered that my order to have a shower pan poured had somehow been changed to them ordering a pre-fab fiberglass pan. I explained that that was not what I had requested and that we are going to tile the shower therefore I cannot use a prefab pan.

The man went out to his truck and called his office who then said that they could do what I asked but that it would be the following week before they could do it. I explained that was unacceptable as I had someone else coming to hang concrete board the very next day based on my appointment with them to have the pan done.

They finally agreed after quite of bit of arguing that they would do the work on Saturday the way I had originally requested.

Now comes Saturday and my appointment was at 8:00. At 8:30 I get a call from the worker saying that he had overslept but that he would come. 3 hours later he arrived.

Now the pan is in and it seems to be a good. When the tech left he had me sign something saying the work was done and advised I would receive an email w/ a link to pay. Sure enough, Monday morning I received a link w/ a bill marked Past Due. I called the Manager John and asked why my invoice was marked past due. He stated that is just their system. I also asked if he had received my message about the tech being 3 hours last on Saturday and he said yes... Sorry about that. That was it.

They screwed up my original order; Their tech was 2 hours late the first time; I lost a day of work because they screwed up the ticket and could not do the work they were supposed to do on the day they had it scheduled; rescheduled and the guy was 3 hours late and then I got a past due invoice and the best I could get was a sorry about that.

Be cautious using this company. The end result was pretty good but getting there was a real headache and they take no responsibilities for their mistakes!

Another job done quickly and perfectly! Chris is such a nice man and he does excellent work, is very professional and his work is very reasonable!! If you want a job done right......call Chris!!

Did a fantastic job on our tile floor! Was very helpful and insightful​ with all of our up and coming remodeling projects. We look forward to having SDA back out for our next project.
