Angel and James were at my house today doing s variety of jobs including drywall repair, cleaning out my dryer vent(in the attic) and putting han by ing storage in the garage. They were both great. They did a really nice job and very tidy. Most importsntly. They were very nice and arrived on time. I won't hesitate to call Response Crew if I need work done in the future.

Johnny is my entire family's go-to guy. Everything from small jobs, to larger more remodel-like jobs, he can handle it. Johnny is an absolute professional in every part of his business, and we actually look forward to calling him when we need things taken care if we cannot do ourselves. If you need tile work done, this is the place to call! A big portion of my home's remodel project was tile flooring. I had fun picking out the tile for the first two rooms. But it quickly became overwhelming to try to keep a common theme going in all the rooms. I decided to call for help. As soon as Pattiann Jones stepped into my home, i knew I had made the right decision. Full of energy and ideas, Patti quickly put together a couple of designs for me to choose from. I am 100% satisfied with the work Will completed. I needed to get some work done in a short amount of time. I expected some patchwork rehab but he was able to completely restore a section of my house that had an AC unit and make it blend in like it was nevee there. He's fast, professional, and his team makes it easy to pay.

Jim arrives ready and able to fix all your electrical needs. He recently hung a chandelier where there was no electrical there. And last year he hung another one, also fixed two outlet issues and hung new outdoor garage lights where we had none. Kurt did a great job fixing numerous jobs around our school. He fixed the ice maker in our fridge, painted our trash enclosure, replaced all the missing parts on our busy board, fixed one of our drinking fountains and a classroom door-stopper. Quality work all completed with a great attitude!

Chris was great to work with. I first reached out to a couple other handymen and left voicemails but never heard back from either company. I did another search and found Priority One so I submitted a quote request through their website. I received an e-mail response within the hour which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how the previous companies completely ignored me. I was given a quote early the following morning which I approved and the repairs were scheduled for later that week. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly. One of my projects was replacing my bathroom faucet that had a slow leak. Chris explained that the faucet just needed a new seal and didn't actually need to be completely replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend him to others in the future.

Chris updated my kitchen and it looks beautiful!! He refinished and painted my cabinets inside and out and replaced all the hinges and handles bringing my 80s kitchen into 2020. He is professional and finished my project on time!

Very pleased with prompt communication from Derek, he sent John out to give me an estimate; but I got so much more, a lot of new ideas about how to solve a limited space problem. The washing machine I purchased was too deep for the laundry space available. (Other contractor insisted I needed a wall extension with new framing & drywall) John suggested an alternate arrangement of hoses & cords! We squeezed an extra inch and a half out of the space allowing him to hang new doors and trim the space without new drywall, paint & extensive carpentry. Non- smoker, quick, quiet & clean; but John's willingness to think outside the box was the winning quality. Very pleased, will hire them again & tell my friends.

Jonah installed our TV for us in little to no time. Fast, efficient, friendly, and professional. We will be having him repair our drywall in the near future :)

I would be very wary of using Lundsford handyman services. Read full post for full experience but long story short, we paid up front for 6 interior doors and paint to be installed and now almost 5 months later we have no doors and received only half of our money back and have to look into small claims for the remaining. Multiple no call no shows to at least deliver us our materials so we could find someone else to install plus we offered to pick them up ourselves. Now from this experience I am so worried about hiring anyone else to get our job done this has caused a lot of anxiety. We normally do a lot of DIY but we’re really looking for experienced help which we were told he had to get this one right. This might sound first world problemish but we have a really bad problem with our hollow core doors expanding in summer to the point they scrape really bad or we can’t close them at all which is super difficult with a newborn and we’re so looking forward to having this done. This has been such a negative experience I wonder who else this service has taken advantage of. See below for full experience.

We hired Chase to do a job April 28th and paid for materials up front and labor due upon completion. Scheduled for June 18th after supposed material delivery delays. June 17th I texted confirmation that he would be here next day for install. June 18th he messaged saying some family stuff came up and would update asap. Supposedly then he has had family drama and Covid and his carpenter got Covid (we were not even aware that anyone else was involved to complete our job). Didn’t hear any news back until July 7 that he would deliver our materials to us as soon as he had a truck available (what kind of handyman doesn’t have a truck). I responded my husband has a truck and can pick up our stuff anytime. July 8 he said he will bring that weekend. No response to multiple calls/texts (never answers calls and only texts back days later) until July 14 that will bring everything Monday or Tuesday and complete install the following week. Nothing until July 22 that he will bring the next day. No response to call/text again until July 25 will bring the next day. July 27 will be here Friday. Then Saturday. Then Sunday. Monday I asked for reimbursement if he can’t deliver them. Then looking back I see he ordered per the screenshot sent the wrong size materials ??‍♀️. I finally said we will go route of small claims if he does not reimburse us at this point. He argued he can’t return at this point and that I should have requested reimbursement sooner ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️. This guy has been jerking us around for almost 4 months now. Home Depot said they can give us full store credit if brought without a receipt and can order correct size ourselves. I said we can give one more chance to bring our stuff as promised and we can get our credit ourselves. Supposedly now he already initiated return and needs a few days to scrape together money to reimburse us since can only get 75% refund himself. Also asking not to leave any negative reviews that his life is in shambles. He has been completing and posting other jobs on his Facebook page in the meantime. We received half reimbursement 8/10/22 and other half still not sent to us and it is now 8/24/22
