As a very picky person, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the drywall repair service I was provided. I plan to use them for every other service then can help me with since their customer service was OUTSTANDING! I will definitely recommend them to any friends and family looking for the services they offer. They exceeded my expectations and provided me with exactly what I wanted. We were selling our house and needed to have drywall work in several places and other miscellaneous things done before it was listed. We contacted several companies and this was the only one that could get what we wanted done in a reasonable time frame. They showed up when they said they would and got everything done on schedule. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because now our new house has a few things I'd like to change and now I have someone I can trust to actually do it.

I don't know why Jeremy is getting good reviews. Where to begin. He overcharged me for materials and admitted it to my face, left a huge mess in my yard and I had to make him redo work that he did wrong. I paid for two guys and his assistant left at noon. That left Jeremy working until 7pm because he didn't want to come back the next day. I called him to come back and clean up the mess he left in my yard and he said he was too busy and might come the following week. He also stated that I don't sit around on disability like some people, I have to work for a living. basically mocking my disability. He did not come back for over a week to clean up the huge mess of concrete slurry, broken glass, etc. only because I lured him there with a promise of more work (but I will never hire him again). When Jeremy finally did show up with his assistant, they made a token effort at cleaning up my yard and I had to go behind the two of them three times and point out all the mess they didn't pick up. I shouldn't have to babysit someone who is supposed to be a licensed bonded contractor. My 75 year old neighbor does better work than he does. Do not hire this guy...he promises a lot and smiles a lot - trying to be charming - but he doesn't deliver. He is VERY shady.

Derek was friendly, personable, and enthusiastic about every project I threw at him, from complex tasks like a custom hinge replacement on a self-closing door at my restaurant to weed removal at my rental property. He was not only happy to help, but was genuinely enthusiastic about adding the work to his day's tasks.

4. Fair pricing - Derek proved to me that he is an experienced problem solver with a deep set of knowledge from years of professional repair and maintenance. There wasn't anything I had for him that he couldn't do and do well. The bang for your buck with him his the best I've experienced in 15 years of using handymen in the Phoenix area. My prior handyman recently retired and Derek was happy to match his rates and pick up where he left off.

Derek is the prototype for a great repair/maintenance/handy person. Save yourself the frustration of being stood up by other less capable and more expensive people and add him in your contact list.

Best handyman out there!!!! Had a simple thing to fix and he came all the way at 9pm to come fix it! On a Saturday!!! Definitely will use him for anything I have around the house!!! I would definitely recommend!!!!
