Best Remodeling Job in Phoenix AZ

We will forgive ATR Handyman, for their gross negligence of the paint job and Randy's deliberate attempt to intimate threaten me by removing his crew if I do not pay immediately the balance of the job, even though the crew was knee-deep into the job. They already had received more than 2/3 of the payment in less than 5 days.
Randy had the audacity to say if you do not pay the remaining, we will roll, (the crew rolled leaving over $5k in damages) per Randy's invoice, 3rd payment due on completion we will forgive them.

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! I am so glad I found these guys. My handyman's name was Jack, he was friendly, super knowledgeable, and took care of the issues with my cabinet and door hinges. He was also able to identify the root cause of the issue for my ceiling fan. Great service and I felt they where transparent in their fees, which was a relief. I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future for any repairs.

Steve removed my old dining room fixture and installed a new one I purchased online. He also hung a piece of wall decor for me. Very communicative and pleased with his skills and service.

I'm a pretty handy gal but needed some assistance installing a toilet in my guest bathroom upstairs. I cames came in and had installed super quick and hauled away my old toilet. I had my kitchen completely remodeled.
Included all New maple cabinets with Lazy-susans and roll out shelves. New granite counter tops, new lighting and new outlets. Installed all the New appilances.

Did a good job for me but now they are booked out for weeks

Oh boy I hoped to forget this incident but here comes a reminder to review from Google when I am looking for a handyman this time...

I got about 1/3 of what I paid for. First job was to install a range hood with 6 inch diameter vent. Company sent one handyman for what was definitely a two person job. He ultimately got the hood up with my help (I happened to have the morning off) but ended up missing the mounting brackets, which had to be completely redone by myself and family, causing a several month delay to find enough time to do the job.
Second job was to install a garage door opener, which he did. However I specifically had the office employee note the existing prewiring and pointed it out to the handyman before starting the job. This time I was not around and returned to wires stapled to the ceiling and walls. The lack of attention to detail on both his and the office employee staff is disappointing. It makes me doubt the experience of the company as a whole if they didn't know what prewiring looks like.
I feel bad for the handyman since he was genuinely trying hard, yet shoddy work is shoddy work.

Geoff helped me out twice in one week with getting repairs done for an upcoming move. He was incredibly professional, kind, and did his best to give me the cheapest cost possible for quality work.

As the owner of several rental properties, I have called on Scott a number of times to do jobs, both large and small. He has done everything from hanging blinds to laying new laminate floors. He is very professional, a hard worker and a genuinely nice person. I highly recommend Scott and Moody-Do's.

Really grateful for the Reverse Osmosis System Tory installed in my condo today. For years accessing water has been such a hassle— from carrying water up flights of stairs, to the cost of water delivery and replacing disposable water filters every month. Today all of that ended!!! I have unlimited clean drinking water flowing from my sink, just in time for the summer!

For people like me, who occasionally require handyman services, it is reassuring to know there is an honest and reliable company that can provide those services. My “handyman” was courteous, friendly, prompt and finished the job on time. The kitchen and the restrooms were remodeled and look exactly the way I planned and look amazing. I will be using RT Constructions again and can recommend them without reservations. Excellent.

Marcus painted our interior walls, hung pendant lighting, ceiling fan, as well as a chandelier. I would recommend Marcus to anyone looking to have any project completed. Very down to earth and honest. He cleaned every area he worked in, and it looks beautiful! Thank you, again!
