Corey Smith is the BEST! He is very skilled in all areas of handyman service and his prices are very reasonable. I have called upon him many times to fix complicated things and he always knows exactly what to do.

I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!! Response Crew was super communicative, quick, friendly, and thorough. They had to come back to correct a small issue and they were very friendly and responsive. Great experience and will use again!

We scheduled an appointment in advance and gave them a list of what needed done. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 9am-1pm. I get a text at 12:18pm stating that they have to cancel my appointment. They gave no reason as to why they needed to cancel. I had already set aside time from my day to be there to show the handyman what needed done. They were extremely disrespectful of my time that I took out of my busy work day and were not able to remedy the situation. I asked for them to please send someone else that day as we had so many things that needed done for our Airbnb but they were not able to send anyone out. I feel this is highly unprofessional to not even give a reason for the cancelation or provide a solution to the problem. I will not be using them again because of their disrespectful attitude towards my business and time. Poor Customer Service
