They told us the date and time of the installation, and they were there on time and ready to go! Took NO time for lunch or breaks! They worked for two days to get the job done...exactly what they said they would do! When they were finished, they cleaned up...it looked like they hadn't even been there...left the bathroom in better shape than when they started! Michelle Beltran kept us informed all along the way with updates on product deliveries, scheduling, etc. You get what you pay for and Pacific Bath and Kohler were well worth the money. The three-year guarantee was a big selling point as well! I can't say enough good things about Pacific Bath and the Kohler line of products!
