I really appreciate the service from Response Crew! We asked for a few items to be added - a new hallway light fixture, a new kitchen light, new driveway lighting, a new mailbox, new house numbers and adding cabinet hardware. We were also able to have a hole in our wall from an old doorbell chime patched up, some cracks between the cabinets and the wall filled in and our screen door replaced. After a full day’s worth of repairs, we’re thrilled! Everything looks amazing! Not only that, but our repairman was really sweet to our inquisitive cats during the whole process and was a joy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough! We’ll definitely use them for all future projects!

If you need tile work done, this is the place to call! A big portion of my home's remodel project was tile flooring. I had fun picking out the tile for the first two rooms. But it quickly became overwhelming to try to keep a common theme going in all the rooms. I decided to call for help. My Husband saw one of this companies trucks and we had been having issues. Our new counter top also had a new deeper sink. Plumbing of this sink has been , to say the least, a pain....an expensive pain in the you know what..including flooding pain for 6 months or so.I called Richard. He promptly came by to see what was needed. Next day, within 5 minutes was fixed. He also installed a new light and fan I have been needing fixed for years...In less than an hour , my problems were no more. Chris was great to work with. I first reached out to a couple other handymen and left voicemails but never heard back from either company. I did another search and found Priority One so I submitted a quote request through their website. I received an e-mail response within the hour which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how the previous companies completely ignored me. I was given a quote early the following morning which I approved and the repairs were scheduled for later that week. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly. One of my projects was replacing my bathroom faucet that had a slow leak. Chris explained that the faucet just needed a new seal and didn't actually need to be completely replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend him to others in the future.
