I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I have used the Happy Handyman for several projects between 2 of my homes over the last 8years. Brad is very friendly and reasonable with his service quotes. These guys have painted, hung lights and fans, replaced toilets, built a patio cover, installed dog doors and done tiling for me.
