From changing light fixtures to basic maintenance/ handyman tasks, they have single handedly completed any task we have put in front of them. No angry guests, just happy owners. They have even been able to help us out last minute for emergency repair and cleanings, and you cannot beat that! If you're looking for a friendly and professional maintenance and cleaning service for either your permanent or vacation home i would definitely recommend 360 Precision Building Services and 360 Precision Cleaning!

Outsourcing company that obviously has an outdated (or otherwise poor) system. Communication between them and techs is HORRIBLE!
Listening and documenting skills on call center side leave A LOT to be desired.
They are certainly nice, dont get me wrong, but I felt like I was dealing with a well behaved kindergartener.

Brian is an outstanding and honest worker. he was on time, very fair in pricing. he installed a new front door and built a pergola over my back patio. his carpentry skills are superb!!!! If you want great quality workmanship, he is the guy i recommend to do the job....

I'm not sure as to whether or not this is proper etiquette. Although JBS has,nt temodeled anything for me. I have seen both the quality of the work. And the quality of the man. As an employee.. His honesty and his abilty to resesolve any issues that may come along. Are things that seem to be getting harder and harder to find these days. In any industry. I have,nt worked with Joseph for a few years now but .But I would like any potential customers to know. To pass up JBS for another. Will most likely result in a loss for them. They were on time, professional and completed various household tasks efficiently. The pricing was fair and they didn’t even mark up the items that they purchased at the store. Highly recommended will definitely be hiring them again.

Do not deal with this company. I called to discuss having them do work for me and for some reason they hung up and blocked my call. I called from another number and got a a different person to ask why they would do such a thing I mentioned I was going to offer them a number of large jobs but think I might take it somewhere else so they hung up again and blocked that number as well. I would understand if I was being difficult to deal with but I was being polite and trying to understand why they would do such a thing. If they do not like you they will block your calls so you can not get through to them anymore. I can just imagine how they deal with customer service.

If I could rate them 0 out of 5 I would. WOW!
