As a very picky person, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the drywall repair service I was provided. I plan to use them for every other service then can help me with since their customer service was OUTSTANDING! I will definitely recommend them to any friends and family looking for the services they offer. They exceeded my expectations and provided me with exactly what I wanted. If I could give more starts I definitely would!

Exceptional service as usual. I have been using
Arizona Home Repairs and Services for over a
year now. I bought a home during the
pandemic and they were able to repair
electrical issues I was having throughout the
house among other problems. Besides
repairing, they were able to install my floors,
baseboards, drywall and paint my rooms.

What initially stood out to me versus other
home repair companies was their competative
pricing, but after a while, it was apparent that
they really exceeded in communicating. They
would call/text me whenver there was an issue
and explain all of my alternatives. Whenver I
had any questions I felt very comfortable calling
them and I would get a response within a
business day. I would highly recommend this
company to anyone that needs repairs done on
their home or anyone who is trying to do a
remodel.

Do not use this guy unless you get a written estimate first.He is very sloppy and will overcharge you.

Brian did a great job of patching stucco and drywall. It matched perfectly. We would highly recommend his work. He was also very good with his communications and his price was very reasonable.

Great company! Removed garage cabinets from one location and installed them at another them we decided to add another one, he went back removed it and installed it all in the same day! Great to work with, great quality, professional, friendly, great pricing!

Ryan was amazing all around. He worked quickly to help me with the projects I needed help with and was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and all around a pleasure to be around. I wanted my home to feel a little better and he understood and made sure it happened.

Chris was great to work with. I first reached out to a couple other handymen and left voicemails but never heard back from either company. I did another search and found Priority One so I submitted a quote request through their website. I received an e-mail response within the hour which was a pleasant surprise seeing as how the previous companies completely ignored me. I was given a quote early the following morning which I approved and the repairs were scheduled for later that week. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly. One of my projects was replacing my bathroom faucet that had a slow leak. Chris explained that the faucet just needed a new seal and didn't actually need to be completely replaced. I really appreciated his honesty and will definitely recommend him to others in the future.

We recently had an extremely difficult dry wall repair to 14 individual holes in 4 separate rooms in our home. Some of the repairs were up as high as 12ft and behind a toilet and washing machine. Jonah was meticulous and knowledgeable as well as personable. We were more than pleased and satisfied.

Could not get through, phone call transferred multiple times, felt like I was at a national warehouse rather than a local business

I would be very wary of using Lundsford handyman services. Read full post for full experience but long story short, we paid up front for 6 interior doors and paint to be installed and now almost 5 months later we have no doors and received only half of our money back and have to look into small claims for the remaining. Multiple no call no shows to at least deliver us our materials so we could find someone else to install plus we offered to pick them up ourselves. Now from this experience I am so worried about hiring anyone else to get our job done this has caused a lot of anxiety. We normally do a lot of DIY but we’re really looking for experienced help which we were told he had to get this one right. This might sound first world problemish but we have a really bad problem with our hollow core doors expanding in summer to the point they scrape really bad or we can’t close them at all which is super difficult with a newborn and we’re so looking forward to having this done. This has been such a negative experience I wonder who else this service has taken advantage of. See below for full experience.

We hired Chase to do a job April 28th and paid for materials up front and labor due upon completion. Scheduled for June 18th after supposed material delivery delays. June 17th I texted confirmation that he would be here next day for install. June 18th he messaged saying some family stuff came up and would update asap. Supposedly then he has had family drama and Covid and his carpenter got Covid (we were not even aware that anyone else was involved to complete our job). Didn’t hear any news back until July 7 that he would deliver our materials to us as soon as he had a truck available (what kind of handyman doesn’t have a truck). I responded my husband has a truck and can pick up our stuff anytime. July 8 he said he will bring that weekend. No response to multiple calls/texts (never answers calls and only texts back days later) until July 14 that will bring everything Monday or Tuesday and complete install the following week. Nothing until July 22 that he will bring the next day. No response to call/text again until July 25 will bring the next day. July 27 will be here Friday. Then Saturday. Then Sunday. Monday I asked for reimbursement if he can’t deliver them. Then looking back I see he ordered per the screenshot sent the wrong size materials ??‍♀️. I finally said we will go route of small claims if he does not reimburse us at this point. He argued he can’t return at this point and that I should have requested reimbursement sooner ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️. This guy has been jerking us around for almost 4 months now. Home Depot said they can give us full store credit if brought without a receipt and can order correct size ourselves. I said we can give one more chance to bring our stuff as promised and we can get our credit ourselves. Supposedly now he already initiated return and needs a few days to scrape together money to reimburse us since can only get 75% refund himself. Also asking not to leave any negative reviews that his life is in shambles. He has been completing and posting other jobs on his Facebook page in the meantime. We received half reimbursement 8/10/22 and other half still not sent to us and it is now 8/24/22
