I needed some bathroom shower tile repair work done. I talked to lots of companies and contractors, but either they didn't really know what to do or didn't want to do the work at all. That's when I lucked out with Arizona Home. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything, and most of all honest. It turned out we discovered there were a lot more issues with the shower that needed to be addressed before anything else, and Branden went over everything with me before doing anything I didn't need to waste my time/money on. I would highly recommend Arizona Home, and will likely be using them again.

Greg did an absolutely horrible job repairing 2 porcelain tubs that were rusting at the drain. He estimated a very large amount, but agreed based on I thought he would do a nice job with the repair. But, when my tenant sent pictures of the repair, it looked like it was repaired with bubble gum. He promised the repair would extend the life of the tubs 5-7 more years.
Well, it didn't last even 3 months before it started leaking under the tub and the wet soil under the foundation cracked and lifted the tile from the bathroom all the way across the living room. I had to have the tubs and tile replaced after only 3 months after the repair.

Helped fix our garage door - very professional and definitely a great guy!

Kurt did a great job fixing numerous jobs around our school. He fixed the ice maker in our fridge, painted our trash enclosure, replaced all the missing parts on our busy board, fixed one of our drinking fountains and a classroom door-stopper. Quality work all completed with a great attitude!

Brian did a great job of patching stucco and drywall. It matched perfectly. We would highly recommend his work. He was also very good with his communications and his price was very reasonable.

Great service and a very knowledgeable staff helped make our early morning stress disappear once the repairs were completed. They came earlier than originally estimated... the service tech was great, very friendly. they even emailed me a picture of the repair man ahead of time so I knew who to expect. All A's from me.

Priority One gives their best handy work. He not only replaced a ceiling fan, he also fixed our back door and frame. His team also fixed our brick wall after someone crashed into it. Not only did the wall get fixed, but also painted for a good price. He's reasonable, fair and honest. I have more work needs to be done around the house and I'd rather call Priority one. I reached out to C&S Handyman Services for paving work as well as place a raised flower bed. They showed up on time, was very thorough, even offered a few ideas that I had not thought of.

Could not get through, phone call transferred multiple times, felt like I was at a national warehouse rather than a local business

I would be very wary of using Lundsford handyman services. Read full post for full experience but long story short, we paid up front for 6 interior doors and paint to be installed and now almost 5 months later we have no doors and received only half of our money back and have to look into small claims for the remaining. Multiple no call no shows to at least deliver us our materials so we could find someone else to install plus we offered to pick them up ourselves. Now from this experience I am so worried about hiring anyone else to get our job done this has caused a lot of anxiety. We normally do a lot of DIY but we’re really looking for experienced help which we were told he had to get this one right. This might sound first world problemish but we have a really bad problem with our hollow core doors expanding in summer to the point they scrape really bad or we can’t close them at all which is super difficult with a newborn and we’re so looking forward to having this done. This has been such a negative experience I wonder who else this service has taken advantage of. See below for full experience.

We hired Chase to do a job April 28th and paid for materials up front and labor due upon completion. Scheduled for June 18th after supposed material delivery delays. June 17th I texted confirmation that he would be here next day for install. June 18th he messaged saying some family stuff came up and would update asap. Supposedly then he has had family drama and Covid and his carpenter got Covid (we were not even aware that anyone else was involved to complete our job). Didn’t hear any news back until July 7 that he would deliver our materials to us as soon as he had a truck available (what kind of handyman doesn’t have a truck). I responded my husband has a truck and can pick up our stuff anytime. July 8 he said he will bring that weekend. No response to multiple calls/texts (never answers calls and only texts back days later) until July 14 that will bring everything Monday or Tuesday and complete install the following week. Nothing until July 22 that he will bring the next day. No response to call/text again until July 25 will bring the next day. July 27 will be here Friday. Then Saturday. Then Sunday. Monday I asked for reimbursement if he can’t deliver them. Then looking back I see he ordered per the screenshot sent the wrong size materials ??‍♀️. I finally said we will go route of small claims if he does not reimburse us at this point. He argued he can’t return at this point and that I should have requested reimbursement sooner ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️. This guy has been jerking us around for almost 4 months now. Home Depot said they can give us full store credit if brought without a receipt and can order correct size ourselves. I said we can give one more chance to bring our stuff as promised and we can get our credit ourselves. Supposedly now he already initiated return and needs a few days to scrape together money to reimburse us since can only get 75% refund himself. Also asking not to leave any negative reviews that his life is in shambles. He has been completing and posting other jobs on his Facebook page in the meantime. We received half reimbursement 8/10/22 and other half still not sent to us and it is now 8/24/22
