We used Handyman Connection to install a large multi-pane sliding glass door. We’d experienced a lot of delay and run-around with other contractors and the project had been left incomplete for months. The moment I met with Greg H. I felt reassured. I’m picky but he seemed more picky than I was. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He delivered quality service, excellent craftsmanship, and a reasonable price. Mike and his Builders Express Handyman employees have done lots of work on our house over the years: installing vinyl replacement windows, complete Master Bathroom remodel, installing sky lights, etc. I have never once regretted having them do this work! I had the pleasure of working with Paul Smith of response crew. The job that I needed was to have an interior door installed. The door was a bit problematic and required some modifications. Paul was able to quickly identify the problem, and was able to quickly adjust his method for issues that arised. He had all the tools needed to complete the job, seemed very familiar with the process. He even went the extra mile (no pun intended) to go to home Depot and grab the correct door and install it. The door was a serious pain in my rear and I am grateful that Response Crew and Paul specifically were able to take care of it. Thanks Paul for your diligence and for being and overall solid guy.
