House Doctors offers friendly, honest, knowledgeable customer service from the first contact with Libby in the office, to meeting Joe for the first time for an estimate, to receiving the written estimate, communicating with Deborah to having Joe & Sean come to do the actual work on the project. Joe & Sean did the work, leaving the work site as it was before they started. Joe kept me informed about some nuances with the pergola project and recommendations regarding repeating the process in about 6 months. I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and reliability in showing up on time. I have already started another list of projects and look forward to having House Doctors return to ensure that the upkeep and maintenance projects for my home are done professionally. Gregg is an all-star contractor. Initially, we had a list of items to repair stemming from a home inspection, taking roughly 3-hours to complete. However, I found numerous other items throughout the house and Gregg was more than happy to remedy these items as well - taking another 3-hours to complete! He made one trip to the hardware store and he bought everything needed. He even went out of his way to color match an item for me using spray paint.

Called Desert Ridge Handyman about a job to hang up 6 ceiling fans in our home. Responded back with a quick (accurate and fair) quote after some questions for more details. Showed up on time (had Connor on his team too, to help), was very polite and respected schedule / certain requests, etc. Couldn’t have done a better job overall. Did very clean, quality work. We highly recommend! Will use for future jobs.

Arthur did an excellent job repairing the bent driver side bumper step. The frame of it was sticking out and scraped another car. He fixed this issue via mobile repair using ingenuity and hard work. Fair prices along with great service. Thank you sir!
