The owners take personal responsibility, and the service continues past, treatment with personal follow-up and re-treat if necessary. I've had weed treatment yearly since I've lived here, and since I started using Rid-a-Bird for weed control, my yard has never been cleaner and weed free . Their termite guy Steve has be prompt and thorough on every job he has done for me or my clients and provided extra value to his service by noticing other things in the home that may need attention way beyond termite control. Rid-A-Bird is a trusted source and I highly recommend for all your Pest, Weed, Termite, and Bird control/treatment. Oh, forgot to, mention, snake removal too....they have come out on short notice when there has been an unwelcome visitor near the house to remove.

I have major respect for the crew with Phoenix Pigeon Control. They did excellent work getting rid of the pigeon problem at the front entrance of my office building. I was happy with their removal methods and they cleaned up the mess from the birds so well. Since the service we have had no more issues with pigeons trying to roost in the entrance area, no more noises and mess, and no clients dodging birds walking in.

Rob arrived much earlier then I expected! My window was 8-10 and he arrived at 8! He sprayed everywhere and even inspected areas where I thought I might have problems. He didn’t detect anything but told me if I saw or noticed anything else he would come back out. Very happy with this new exterminator.
