I received several quotes for some active termite tubes that were in the interior of our home. Our sales representative was Gemma and she was the only person that did a complete termite inspection, the others did not look at the entire house, only the active area. We ended up treating the complete exterior of the home and instead of drilling the stem wall to treat the interior activity, they were willing to pull the carpet back and drill the interior slab. After selecting Bill’s to do the work, the appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out. The employee arrived on-time for the appointment and we discussed the service before he began. Everything was done timely and the area around the house was clean when he was finished. We based our decision to use Bill’s based on the sales appointment, reviews that we read, and their status with the BBB. We would recommend Bill’s Termite based on our experience.
