Tech came out this morning and was super professional. We had a wasp nest in our tortoise den and wasn’t sure how big it was because the den is an underground one. I just noticed that these wasp were in and out of the den like it was their normal routine. I had my mom call and I believe she talked to the owner (David) but she said he was super nice. My husband said the tech was very knowledgeable. He was very careful of our tortoises and cared for their safety. Amazing! Thank you!

It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!

On 6/18 Russ came out to my house to help out with bees that had burrowed into one of our trees. Before starting his work, Russ let me know what his plan was and what steps I needed to take to make sure my family and pet would be safe. As a courtesy, he also checked out other areas in case the bees had migrated. Russ was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I'd recommend the company as a whole, but if Russ helps you, you won't be disappointed.

Scott did exactly what he promised, and gave great advice on how to keep the bees from coming back after his removal. The bees had set up a rather large hive in the base of a tree, and it was becoming a potential danger to anyone visiting the house. He was able to come out next day to perform the removal, was on time, offered to come back out if there was still issues a few days later, and was very knowledgeable. We reached out to Scott since he captures and relocates bees, and does his best not to kill or harm any bees in the process. If I have any issues at any point in the future, I will be using him again and referring him to friends who have a bees move in where they shouldn't.

Derek is the best bee removal service you can find in the valley. He’s very professional, informative, helpful, and overall just a great guy. We used him twice in two years. We had a swarm of bees start to build a hive in our backyard and he quickly and safely removed them. He’s a no-kill specialist, which is great for the environment. You can tell he really cares about the bees and keeping people protected. If you need Bee help, you need to hire Derek. I won’t ever consider another company, he’s the best in the business.
