We've been using Insectek Pest Solutions for over two years and couldn't be happier. Kyle has been our technician since we moved to Chandler and we couldn't be happier. It's the time of year for creepy crawlies to find their way into houses, but they seem to be sticking around much longer this year than they usually do. We've had Widow out a few times now, and we're very happy with their service. They are able to get us scheduled within 2-3 business days. They are prompt (and will text if they can be early) and professional. Nicholas explained why we may be having continued issues (old plumbing with possible damage) and gave suggestions for permanent solutions, as well as options to manage the issue in the meantime. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I wish I didn't need their services, but as long as I do, they'll continue to get my business!
