Salesman came to door to offer services. While most salesman are pushy, this gentleman was far from. I was pondering pest control as was so maybe I was more receptive. But regardless, he wasn’t pushy, worked around my budget and timing for payment setup and even though the schedule originally wouldn’t work out around my budget, he didn’t push off getting the job done, or doing so in a manner in which would set me up for failure (both taking care of pest problem AND budget). Another gentleman came to complete service. He was thorough, attentive to our specific needs, and extremely kind and professional. Plus they have an easy to use app in which you can send pictures and request a FREE service in between the quarter should any pest problems occur before your next service while still coming out as scheduled. So far so good!
