I have used Insectek at two different locations in the past seven months and they have been fantastic! Responsive, flexible when I have had to change my schedule, friendly and most importantly....extremely effective!!I had temporarily moved into a furnished rental property that was located on a lake back in July and immediately saw an issue with cockroaches and flying ants, as the property had been left vacant with no service being provided over the summer months. YUCK! Not being used to anything like this in all of my previous homes, Insectek came in immediately to help and spent quality time treating the property inside and out. Their staff members took the time needed to check out the issues and determine the root cause of each problem which definitely calmed my fears. After just a few visits the issues were gone! I was so pleased with the quality and effectiveness of their work, not to mention their stellar customer service when scheduling or rescheduling. The staff that come out to service the property are always on time, professional, responsive, thorough and every friendly! Wayne and John have been especially terrific!Loved their work so much that when I bought my house, I brought them along as my new exterminators.Wayne especially has been fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and has educated me on a myriad of issues at the first condo I rented and more recently at my new house issues like what happens when you are away for a few weeks and your drains haven’t been used. Never can go wrong with ALLGON!!! We had scorpions but never seen one since. Or anything else. Love the service and quality.

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

We used them before. They were okay but more expensive than the competition. Tried to use twice after and they have never responded. Wouldn't even waste my time.
