From the prompt, polite, and professional scheduling office, to the phenomenal service technicians, I cannot recommend this company enough. We've had the pleasure of working with service technician Jeff who always does a wonderful and thorough job, and today I had the pleasure of meeting Tony. My apartment complex (Paseo on University) used this company and they did the absolute minimum to try and treat our roach issue. I had roaches living in my stove, coming out of outlets, etc and all they did was spray. No baiting or fogging. I tried to tell them how severe the issue was and no one took it seriously. I’m not sure if the apartment complex was just trying to save money, but it was a serious health hazard and it seems like the pest control team didn’t push for a more extensive treatment.
