Bill's Pest and Termite was recommended to us from a friend for their great service. and we were not disappointed. John was very prompt, courteous and informative. We ask lots of questions and he was very patient and answered all of our questions with detailed answers. His initial quote was very reasonable and the final cost matched his preliminary estimate. He provided a very detailed plan of attack for applying the termite control. Our tech, Casey did a great job applying the chemical including a very clean job of patching all of the holes drilled in the concrete.Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Bill's Pest and Termite and would definitely recommend them.

Full disclosure: I did sign a contract for the trapping and relocation of a racoon that had been visiting my yard and leaving souvenirs. The price was much higher than anyone else because of their supposed quality service. The serviceman came out and sprayed around the trapping area to get rid of human scent. He then set out two traps with a can of cat food in each as the bait with the promise to return every couple of days to check and renew the bait. Didn't happen as promised After seeing him once more in the next two weeks, I called and left a message to have the trap removed. Had to leave a message since most of my calls were not picked up. I spoke with the salesman and told him I didn't feel I should have to pay the remaining amount. Don't worry, I'll take care of it We never had a visit from the racoon so not trapped or relocated. When the traps were removed, I was immediately charged on my credit card for the remaining $989 of the $1489 I had agreed to (my wife is deathly afraid of these rodents so happy wife, happy life. I never heard back from Critter Control even after leaving several messages to try and have a conversation about this. I was unable to resolve through the credit card company because of the signed contract which was the only response they got. So, save your money and just lay out some cinnamon and chili powder to get rid of racoons. It works better than this company

My wife and I have been clients of Alliance Pest Management since we moved to Troon North almost 4 years ago. They have always provided excellent service. For the first year or maybe 18 months or so, administratively there were some problems - including scheduling, timeliness of the scheduled appointment - but the extermination service was very effective. And we had a dove nesting problem which needed screens attached to exterior balcony rafters and Alliance did an excellent job. In fact, I've recommended to neighbors Alliance for this very service and they were highly satisfied. Currently, Lisa, who schedules us on a monthly basis, and Richard, who comes to our house each month, are exceptionally responsible and professional. I honestly recommend them.

I just started using Sprague and wow what a difference! They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. Sprague employees are friendly and always ready to work and get the job done right.
