A person came to spray 2 of our homes. I specifically told him I had a problem with crickets, he said he would make sure to take care of it. In the 3 weeks I still had them as bad. I called and the gal said I was out of the warranty period. I plead with her that I didn't know how long it should take for the spray to have worked so I gave it time and 3 weeks was pretty long. She said she would call a Manager and get back to me and it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. #dissapointed!

Jose V. and Evan M. came out to service my house today. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and on time. Evan was very courteous and efficient spraying indoors and Jose informed me about the weed service they provide and how it works. He provided service and was considerate to ensure all of the rocks were moved off the drive way and sidewalks when he was done. Most importantly, he alerted me to a potential termite issue which he took the time to explain and show me. Super pleased with the above and beyond service!
