This has been a great experience for something this is traditionally really not very fun to have to take care of. The office staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. They are willing to work with you by phone or email which is really great for people like me with a very busy work schedule. The service technicians are also knowledgeable and very nice. The job was done efficiently and with minimal disruption to the household. The pricing is a great value for the service you receive.

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.

Great service and results. Have used them for a year now and went from finding over a dozen scorpions a night when we moved in to maybe two a month now. Couldn't be happier.
