We gave Urban Desert Pest Control a call after fighting a never ending battle with ants in our backyard, and after finding a few scorpions inside. They were very quick to respond and schedule (I had called and texted after hours)Everyone was extremely friendly, and the exterminator that came out, Al, was VERY informative about giving tips I could do myself (that would actually work)I was extremely hesitant and dreading contacting pest control for fear of being way overcharged like other companies in that past. I am SO glad that I found this company and will continue to use, and recommend them with confidence. Our ant problem was cleared up within 24 hours and now my kids can play outside again.

Made an appointment last week for today. Called today to see when they would be here and they have no record of the appointment! Told them I spoke to Sam but was informed he is in the Tucson office and the appointment info did not make it to Scottsdale! Now the appointment we have is over 3 weeks away! UPDATE: THEY CALLED MIDDAY AND SAID THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM SHOWS APPOINTMENTS ON INSPECTORS TABLETS BUT NOT ON OFFICE COMPUTER SO THEY NEED SOME WORK ON THAT.

My equipment is leaking at the pump (small pin hole in the metal case) and the shroud is cracked. We bought the equipment less than two years ago but have only used it about a dozen times and it has been garage kept. They told me there was nothing they could do about the pin hole as they didn't believe the pump manufacture would cover it. They never bothered to get back to me about the shroud. When I bought it they delayed shipping also. Save yourself some aggravation and buy elsewhere.

Been with this company for several years and very happy with the service they provide. They do good job and the staff is friendly. Also they call you to let the person know when they will be over. You cannot go wrong with this compay.

I absolutely love Michael at 303 Pest Control! He is extremely knowledgeable, great pricing, shows you what he did, and answers all my questions. I have pets and very young kids and the treatment he uses is safe for both and extremely effective! He is thorough in answering my questions. I really appreciate that when it comes to the safety of my children and pets. He goes the extra mile and would put out sticky traps to ensure extra protection if needed. If I saw any bugs, I would point out where they were coming from, he always addressed the issue and it was taken care of. He is extremely honest. That is really important to me especially since I have seen how other companies operate trying to get your service. There are no gimmicks or anything with him and the treatments work.
