We live in newly developed area of Peoria and when we moved in by the end of summer, I could tell that the house has never been periodically treated as we were finding 3-4 bark scorpions inside the house almost every day (coming out of printers, walking on the walls just above the bed, etc..) Purchased their 25 Gal electric pump rig. The process was very easy and smooth with updates throughout the entire process from initial order, manufacturing and delivery. I did have the pump malfunction and called to get assistance in troubleshooting. I wasnt home to be able to do those steps at the time, but even still, they let me know they were shipping new parts at no cost as a just in case. I really appreciate the forethought and consideration to get me back up and running as soon as possible.
