Bills service was FAR superior to the other companies I contacted. They set up an appointment for the same day I called and actually came out and did a thorough search of the house for any evidence of termites. This was a nice touch in comparison to the other companies that just sent an email estimate based on the square footage of the house. They came out the next day and drilled into the concrete rather than simply putting a trench around the house. All in all my experience with Bills was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

After buying a new house in Gilbert we decided to try another pest control service since new homes were still being built and we were scared of all of the critters that were being disturbed in our surrounding areas. I don't think we could be happier with our service. Kyle is extremely friendly and quite knowledgeable about the services he performs. He always has a smile on his face and makes sure he puts on booties before entering our home. Whenever I have to call to rescedule the service, I am treated courteously and I never feel as though I am being a burden as I have felt with other pest control companies.
