I do a lot of due diligence for pest control. I had another company which is highly reviewed (5 stars) come by and did not provide anything close to the level of service which I received today. I cancelled my contract after the first visit with the supposed 5 star company. Anyway,Insectek's Ben (Owner) is a great guy, even though I do a lot to control our insect issues, he was very informative and took the time to walk me through the detailed treatment options. At the time of my service they were on-time to the service call time they planned. They provided a time not a window of time, but a time they would be here and hit it. Adam the service Tech did a stellar job by going over and over the treatment option's and how best to get my insect problems under control. What most impressed me, he was genuine, honest and wasn't rushing to get to his next job and spent the time to educate me on the treatment and challenges we face. He provided a thorough foundation of pesticide and walked me through each of the chemical options. Great job! This is a game changer , many companies should take note, say what you do and do it effectively. I'm thoroughly Impressed. Thank you Ben and Adam!!
