There was a minor reoccurring insect issue at my home, and Bug Guardian was a more affordable quote than other companies in town. There was ZERO upsell which is good, because most of the time you think you're being sold things you do not need.

We've had great service from Alliance for the past 6 years and previous owners of our property used them as well. The schedulers call each month to let us know when the technician will be at our home. If we have any requests they alway respond in a positive way.

My wife made an appointment last Friday as we have a roof rat concern.This company was chosen based on the online reviews. She confirmed with 2 employees in management for today and I was next to her during the phone conversation and confirmation.Needless to say, no one showed up today for a scheduled 1-2 p appointment. When my wife called they stated the information and appointment was deleted and they had no record. When she asked how it could be deleted, especially after confirming with 2 management personnel, the excuse given was it happens.On a good note, We found another reputable company that will help us resolve the pest issue.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
